Distant Warning is an all original, five piece melodic rock band hailing from Colorado Springs. Ron (vox) and Duane (lead guitar) first formed the core of this band way back in 1987. Since then they have played hundreds of shows in over 70 venues across Colorado and the southwest region. They have 4 full length CDs and are currently working on their fifth. Since each member of Distant Warning contributes to the writing, the band's unique sound is comprised of their various influences. Vocal harmonies, guitar harmonies, blistering guitar leads, earthshaking bass, and thunderous drums! That's what makes Distant Warning one of the region's favorite melodic rock bands.
